Built on nearly a decade of top-tier search firm experience at leading executive search boutiques—ON Partners and Bespoke Partners—he earned a reputation for precision, persistence, and a deep understanding of investor and operator challenges. His work in tech-driven growth environments gives him the insight to quickly secure transformative leaders who drive growth and enterprise value.
Omeed earned his BS in Economics from Grand Valley State and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University, with a focus on Global Studies and Organizational Behavior. He began his career in financial services and consulting, before transitioning into executive search.
